Multi-Factor Authentication

We support multi-factor authentication for user accounts that use local authentication for accessing DevRaven account. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for your account as a general security practice to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

To enable multi-factor authentication:

  1. Login to your DevRaven account.
  2. Click any Workspaces you have access to.
  3. Click Edit Profile from the top navigation bar menu.
  4. Click Multi-Factor Auth from the secondary left navigation bar.
  5. Toggle Enabled to ON.
  6. A QR Code will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Scan the code using your favorite authenticator app. You may use Google Authenticator mobile app if you don't already have an authenticator app.
  8. Enter the newly generated token from the authenticator app.
  9. Click Save changes. A confirmation message will be shown.

You will be required to enter MFA token for logging into your account for any subsequent logins.

info

If you use third-party (external) login services to access your DevRaven account, you will not be prompted to enter MFA token during the login process. We recommend enabling Multi-Factor authentication with the third-party login service for enforcing MFA for accessing your account.
